About Us:
Red Stone Equity Partners is a leading real estate investment firm specializing in the syndication of Low Income Housing Tax Credits to facilitate the development of affordable multifamily housing communities. Founded in 2007, Red Stone Equity has raised over $13 billion in tax credit equity for the development and rehabilitation of over 78,000 units in 50 states, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico. The firm has offices in Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Miami, New York, and San Diego.

What We Do:
Red Stone Equity Partners invests in affordable multifamily housing communities in proven markets throughout the United States. We carefully acquire, structure, and provide long-term fund and asset management services to both investor and developer clients.
